“Nilton is a great human being who is professional, on-time and is patient. My partner and I both work from home and we never felt like we couldn’t get our work done during the renovations. Nilton really took care of our home and minimized the disruptions to us. On the flip side, it’s probably not ideal for the owners to be home while you’re renovating and he was patient with us (especially with me and my “i was just thinking about this..” ideas on the fly). He took the time to educate me on the cost of what one of my ideas would be and the end results so we could determine for ourselves whether it was good value or not. A big shout out to Tristan as well for his hard work and letting my dog be his co pilot during the renovations.”
